An Opened Heaven

Often I hear folk saying “an opened heaven and WE get happy. Yep I’ve ran around the church too. More than likely the scripture Malachi 3:10 comes to our mind as it refers to windows being opened to pour out a blessing unto willing tithers & offering givers (paraphrasing). So let’s inquire, Who else is the opened heaven for? I decided to study the scriptures deeper because its so much more to this than simply preaching,prophesying and saying “there’s an opened heaven” to people. Once agsin, WE get so happy when WE hear this. However, does only good come from heaven? Is it possible and should WE all be concerned when heaven opens what’s being poured out and what is OUR portion for OUR deeds while on earth?
