🤔Something to think about nugget: ANY type of LOSS in our lives can cause us significant distraught . However, we must not LOSE focus on the “Giver of Life JESUS THE CHRIST, and All things he gives because he has so much more to give us despite the LOSES (Job 33:4).

Self Examination is a significant part of Selfcare.  Do your work on you.

Something to think about nugget 🤔. We all can be better persons if we be honest and self examine. 1.Yep we saw the red flags 2. We messed up 3. Own it 4. Do your work on you 5. Don’t mess up in the same area. 6. Absolutely no settling 7. Keep doing the work
