“WORST DAY”
Have you ever heard someone say, “Today has been the worst day in my life” Two weeks later you hear the same comment again and possibly a month later. Should you be concerned with how many days are actually their worst day or how many lives do they have? You yourself may have uttered this often times. However, it’s probably important to consider exactly what determines our worst day. Individuals have even stated they wish they were never born because they are experiencing a “worst day”
I want all of us to consider the Words of Ecclesiastes the Preacher found in the Holy Bible. He states in Chapter 3 , paraphrase there is a time for everything. A time to be born, die,plant, pluck kill,heal,break down and build back up again, weep,laugh,mourn,dance get,lose,keep, throw away, rend,sew,love,hate,war and peace etc; I’m sure his point is understood for having been born, we all have experienced at least three of these.
Maybe it is your “worst day” but isn’t it wonderful to know if you make it to your tomorrow, you will have been granted new mercies as you enter into a new day as promised in Lamentations 3:23. Although we feel we can’t take another day of this life, Jesus promised HE wouldn’t place more on us than we could bear 1 Corinthians 10:14. How about casting all our cares upon HIM because HE cares for us 1Peter 5:7. These scriptures help me to get through my day just give it a try and “Have a great day on purpose” and Always Bless God.
