“SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT NUGGETS”

I have been challenged with a lot in these past months. I found myself worrying about things I could not change. Too often if not all most of us, share the same testimony. Getting overwhelmed and boggled down with so much to the extent we don’t know if we are coming or going and it affects everything negatively.
Recently, I went to a church service and the Pastor prayed for me and with me. She said “God said Stop Worrying”. I went to another service and the preacher prayed for me and said “God said He will give you provision for the vision”. Now I can only imagine some of your thoughts as you are reading. Some of belief and others of disbelief but I myself am a born again believer and I took these words into heart and guess what? I have not been worrying and it feels good.
Whatever, the situation, obstacle or circumstance my new word and conclusion of the whole matter is “AMEN”! I choose to be at peace especially when I know I have done all the positive things I possibly could do, I hope for the best outcome even if it’s not always in my favor.
Life will always be just that, life but I’m comforted in knowing my God will always be the one and only true God in and of my life. He has given me a plan book through the Holy bible as well as a free will. The steps that I can take to positively affect my life, I will attempt not to miss a beat. Anything that is negative I will quickly flee. I will change what is in my power to do so and accept what is not. I commit to practicing a worry free life (with God’s help) and just say “AMEN”.
AMEN is a Hebrew word that stems from the word “aman” meaning faithful, support, or confirm. The word “amen” actually means “so be it” or “truly”. When we pray we end by saying amen. We are reaffirming our dedication to God through Jesus Christ. It is also used to confirm a statement.
Psalms 121 NIV says; I will lift up my eyes to the mountains, where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip, He who watches over you shall not slumber or sleep. Indeed He who watches over Israel shall not slumber or sleep. The Lord watches over you. The Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day or the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm. He will watch over your life. The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

I concur to aman. Amen. I too have been having challenges and obstacles come at me over the past 3 months. Being called Esther, being unemployed, struggling with school, and being hired by MTA to be told His is in control before failing their road test.
So yes, Amen. It is what it is. Even if I had of pasted the road test, I was told I still would not have gotten the job. It was a real experience to go through.
Amen God is in control.
