I am so grateful for this Bible challenge with my Pastor Frederick Crawford and UGMBC. Today we completed 2Samuel. I’m enjoying the Old Testament immensely. It’s having a positive affect on me to the extent where it’s really causing me take another look over my life. In doing so I’m applying and reapplying my actions and characteristics that were unknowingly lost or unknown. I have found that through these scriptures I am self examining Myself daily and throughout the day. “Woe is me I’m undone”. I’m learning I must be ever so careful of my actions, conversation and thoughts. I am aware now more than ever if I am not careful, it would be easy for me to displease God. My prayer today among other things is: Lord God help me to be obedient and pleasing in your sight as your will requires; because at the beginning, middle or the ending of the day. If I do not apply these attributes. EVERYTHING I’ve done in that day is in vain and profit me NOTHING.
