Hello everyone hope everyone is doing well. I’m still on my sabbatical from Facebook but I wanted to come up here and give a praise report. Since March 19th 20/20 I lost my sense of smell. I was in touch with my doctors they prescribed several medications but to no avail. I started hearing people saying that loss of sense of smell was now a new symptom of having Coronavirus and I should go be tested. Before that news came out I was dealing with trouble concerning my sinuses and allergies. Naturally because of my history both my doctors agreed it sounded like my sinuses because I had no other symptoms of the Coronavirus. I did the telemedical examination over the phone they checked my eyes they check my throat everything appeared normal. They suggested I remain quarantine without alarm since I had no other symptoms and I did as they suggested. Yet two weeks had gone by and I could not smell. On April 2nd I noticed I was able to smell my cocoa butter lotion naturally I was happy but it only lasted for a couple of seconds . My doctor said we’ll give it one more week and after I complete all my medications if I couldn’t smell I should get in touch with him. Yesterday was exactly 3 weeks . I had made up my mind to call him today to let him know I still could not smell. In my 4 a.m. prayer I awoke I anointed myself and read my scripture as I do routinely. I thought about remembering to call my doctor later but then I realize today was Good Friday. I began to think about what Good Friday was to the Christians and to me personally and all that my God, Lord, Savior Jesus Christ had done for me. Sometimes you have to get spiritually selfish and go in for yourself . During my prayer time I was led to anoint my nose and to say by “His stripes I am healed.” Oh my God when I said it I felt a quickening and a shift in my body. I meant and believed what I was saying. I went back to sleep. I woke back up still unable to smell.
My miracle happened a few minutes ago I won’t forget this Good Friday “By His stripes I am healed.”
I’ve been cooking turkey wings since 1pm and being that I can’t smell them I decided to go check them . As I got closer to the kitchen it hit me all of a sudden I could smell them( Inever checked them lol). I got so happy I started going around the house opening up everything smelling everything. I began to dance around my house💃🏾 shouting hallelujah thank you Jesus you are my Jehovah Rapha you are the balm of Gilead. You are my healer. I began giving MY GOD praise and glory yelling God is REAL and I bless HIM!!! My sense of smell is coming back. It’s not 100% yet but it is getting strong and stronger. To God be the glory. While I’m typing with one hand I’m walking around my house picking up things and smelling them 🙌I’m continuing to uphold everyone in my prayers. I want to encourage everyone that on this Good Friday during this pandemic. Step out on your faith open up your mouth believe and declare that by HIS stripes we all are healed in Jesus name!!!
